DR. JENNIFER WHITE – CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Jennifer White attended University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the State of New York and graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College in 1997. She opened Alternative Chiropractic in her hometown of Johnstown in 1999. Dr. White is a certified Nimmo Trigger Point Therapy provider, certified Graston Technique provider and a member of the North American Cervicogenic Headache Society.
Jennifer White’s Nutritional Fitness ℠ Program is a multifaceted, healthy living and nutrition therapy for children and adults. Her well balanced approach encompasses all aspects of a healthy lifestyle including nutrition, exercise, stress relief and of course, care of the musculoskeletal system.
Dr. White is a busy wife, mother, chiropractor and athlete. She is well acquainted with the physical strains and emotional stress people experience in their busy lives. She developed Jennifer White’s Nutritional Fitness ℠ Program to fill in the gaps of less-than-perfect diets. The program is flexible and the nutritional therapy can be adjusted to meet the challenges and changes that occur in the lives of children and adults.
Dr. White’s special interests include treating patients with TMJ disorder,headaches, and facial pain. Dr. White resides in Johnstown with her husband Michael and son Nico. In her spare time she enjoys working out, reading books and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.
CHRISTINA LEHMAN, LMT
Christina is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She completed schooling at Laurel Highlands Therapeutic Academy in Ebensburg, PA in 2012. Her experience with massage therapy focuses on providing clients with therapeutic and wellness techniques, all while promoting the highest quality of life. She is eager to provide fresh, new and beneficial methods of massage, customizing each to individual client needs. She currently has massage certifications in Prenatal, Hot stone, Swedish, Craniosacral therapy and Aromatherapy; and is striving to expand her professionalism through continuing education.
